MultiVoice has just added 21 new international access numbers, drastically reducing the cost of your participants' calls. Conference participants can now dial an in-country number in any of 30 locations across the world to join your meeting, eliminating the need to place an expensive international call. The new numbers are a combination of freephone and local geographic numbers, ensuring that wherever your conference participants are they will be able to join your call quickly and inexpensively.

MultiVoice has enhanced the security of your conference calls with a new participant announcement service. As callers enter the conference, they are prompted to provide their name. This is then repeated to the group as they join the call. To activate participant announcements, please contact Douha Boughanmi, your MultiVoice conferencing account manager.

MultiVoice has launched a number of enhancements to your online account to offer improved functionality and an advanced user experience. Your account area now offers simplified call booking and account management, helpful hints and tips on how to book and manage your calls, and easy access to the information you need. For ease of transition we have kept the previous booking pages accessable to all our clients for a 30 day period.
