Do you need to make Conference Calls?
Do you often find yourself travelling to foreign destinations on a plane for 4 hours just to have a 3-hour meeting? Have you ever been in a situation where you really need to talk to a few people in real time but end up phoning them individually over and over again? Voice conferencing is the solution to your problems. It saves you money, time and valuable energy helping you to stay focused for the meeting at hand.

What is Voice Conferencing?
This is a service that allows 3 or more people to be linked together through a telephone call. All the people involved in the conference can hear each other and can also be speaking interactively. Some people call it audio conferencing, phone conferencing or teleconferencing.

Who needs Voice conferencing?

Voice conferencing is engineered for people who regularly attend meetings with others who are scattered around the country or world. It is perfect if you don't have enough time to travel to these meetings; or you're on a tight travel budget; or your conscious about the effect travelling has on the environment. Switching to Voice Conferencing will reduce your Carbon Footprint.

How is a voice conference arranged and how does it begin and end?
The chairman of the conference first decides the time for the conference. He/she then reserves the time and a number with MultiVoice either online, by calling a dedicated 24/7 operator, or if they have a reservation-less account can dial in without operator assistance or booking online. Once the conference has been booked all the attendants will receive an email invitation providing the conference date, conference time, conference subject, phone number to call and a PIN to quote when he/she enters the conference.

To enter the conference the attendee simply calls the number and dials his/her Pin Number when prompted. He/she is announced into the conference call and when all parties are present the conference call begins. To leave a conference, you simply put down the phone. A conference ends when the last person puts the phone down.

What is Reservation-less booking?
Reservation-less booking is a bespoke conferencing service where the conference callers are assigned a permanent personal conference PIN that will always be dedicated to you & your company. This means that no one else will share the same PIN allowing you to book a conference whenever you want without reservation. This is particularly useful when you need to host an emergency conference (e.g. in 3 minutes time) because all you need to do is to inform all the attendants to dial your personal conference number at your requested time. This service is perfect for anyone that has frequent meetings.

Who is considered as the chairman of a conference?
This is the person who hosts the conference and organises it. He/she is the one who is billed for the charges of the conference. The chairman has full control and overall access to all online billing, account booking & scheduling information.

Can I have International Participants on my conference call?
Yes, unlike most conference providers MultiVoice offers in-country access numbers available 24/7 for all conference participants. This will ensure that attendees can access the conference without having to dial an international number.

24/7 Operator support
If at any time you need assistance during your conference call, one of our award winning help line call centre staff will immediately dial in and help you with your query.

Recording of conferences
You can have the options to record a conference if you wish.

Playback

What protection methods are provided to make a conference as secure as possible?
