In May we launched MultiVoice Recording, allowing you to record your conference calls at the click of button, no more calling through to book a recording or waiting for CD’s to come in the post, simply click the button on the online booking portal.
We have now added a new feature to MultiVoice Recording to make it even simpler.
When on a call the controller simply dials #8 and the call will begin to record, this feature is great for customers who have ongoing pins but don’t want to record every call or if you are on a call that you decide needs recording.
Once the call completes, an MP3 file will be emailed to you with your conference recording.
Whatever your conference recording needs are, for client meetings, AGMs or press conferences, you can effectively build your own conference call archive and share recordings seamlessly amongst participants.
